Fruits Carving

Well as we always think Thai carver are the best in the world in the  fruits category , but now days more and more chef around are taking their place . Here the Malaysian contingent in Penang Chef Challenge 2012.

In this competition two guys need to carve in 3 hours at least 7 fruits , live  ,,,,, here what they produce ..
