Scallop Terrine 
It was back on 2006 when we wanted to prepare few shoot for new food ... here what we did

| Feta ,olive, asparagus,,,, |
Passion fruit ... wnd tree tartar of scallop, scampi, and salmon

| trio of fish tartar on passion fruits |
 |
| water melon and feta such a old combination... |
 |
| we wnated to try this lamb ............ but too raw ,,, sad |
